Grading is based on compliance with the CHOIR RULES. FULL PARTICIPATION IS KEY TO RECEIVING A GREAT GRADE! A student can receive a 95 if he or she participates FULLY in choir and demonstrates improved ability to read music. Students can receive a grade of 100 if they do the above AND participate in an extra-curricular musical organization such as ALL COUNTY, JAZZ CHOIR, NYSSMA Solo Festival, or the HHS MUSICAL. A student can, and will, receive a failing grade (below 65) if the CHOIR RULES are not followed fully.
